Week of October 20th through October 24th

Wow!! Another exciting week here at St. Pius X School!

Redbirds - you have a game on Monday night at St. Pius at 8:00, practice of Wednesday from 4:00-5:30 and a game on Thursday at 6:00 at Sts. Peter and Paul. I am still waiting to see about the boys tournament. We are definitely not going to the girls' tournament, they didn't have a spot for us.

Report cards go home on Wednesday.

Pizza lunch forms are going out this week also.

Week of October 14th through October 17th

Again, we have a lot going on this week:

8th grade - We will be going on our ropes course on Wednesday. We will leave at 7:30 a.m. so you need to be at school by 7:20 a.m. and we will return at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Redbirds - We have practice on Tuesday night from 4:00-5:30 - Coach Blum will run this practice as I have to go set up the middle school basketball coaches clinic.
We have a game at Monte Cassino on Thursday at 8:00 - be there by 7:45.
We also have a game on Saturday at 10:00 at Pius, please be there by 9:45.

We are having a prayer service on Thursday for the victims of hurricane Ike. Everybody will get a free dress on this day. Donations are being accepted.

This Friday is the last day of the quarter - so make sure you are caught up with all of your work.

8th grade parents - We will have an 8th grade parent meeting on Wednesday at 6:00 in my classroom. We will be discussing graduation committees!
